Student Awards Day is our opportunity to acknowledge growth and support life-long learning for members and frequent visitors of UP Church. If you have excelled in spiritual education, academics, extra-curricular activities or in your profession, we want to acknowledge you. If you want to acknowledge the character growth or challenge they’ve faced and overcome this year, please include that on the form. Please complete this form for you, your child or your student. We will create awards for the students from UP Church.
AND this year we want to share videos of each student, especially the graduates. You can upload the videos using the form.
