Welcome to the Love Experience!
The purpose of Lent is to cleanse and discipline both mind and body toward the end of making them more receptive to Christ ideas. When we fast from negativity and focus on a God idea, we open the way for more of that God idea to express in our lives.
Our focus this year is on the greatest idea of God, LOVE. We all want more love in our lives, but may not truly understand love. We will focus on love and discover, as the poet Rumi wrote, that our “task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within ourselves that we have built against it.”
