I SEE WITH THE EYES OF GOD

…one thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see. 

John 9:25

The ancients said that there is an “all-seeing eye” and that if we could cause our physical eyes to see with its vision we should be looking at things as they really are.  But is it not true that too often we see with a blurred vision because we are so confused mentally?  The all-seeing eye of God, by its very nature, being one and only, must forever see things as they really are.  This is why Jesus said to judge not according to appearances but to judge righteously. I AM VICTORIOUS OVER ALL DIFFICULTIES FOR I HAVE FAITH IN GOD, THE GOOD, OMNIPOTENT  

The Lord knoweth the way of righteousness; but the way of the ungodly shall perish.

The victorious attitude is the one that recognizes the unlimited power of God.  Without this awareness no one can be victorious over the negatives of life.  Those who live without spiritual vision and understanding are forever trying to solve their problems by manipulating their human minds, and exerting their human wills.  This exhausts them, frustrates them, and gives them no peace.  The recognition of God as Cause, and as the Creative Power of this world brings victory to the soul. There are so many illustrations in the sacred texts of the world, relative to the Light.  The Spirit is thought of as being the essence of light.  Man is spoken of as being the “candle of the Lord.”  “The light shines in the darkness and the darkness comprehended it not.”  That is, the darkness has no power over light; light will overcome darkness, but darkness cannot overcome light. I AM VITALIZED BY THE STRENGTH OF GOD

…I shall be glorious in the eyes of the Lord, and my God shall be my strength.

Isaiah 49: 5

If God is all the life that there is, then this life contains the only energy there is.  If we are really hooked up with the eternal, everlasting and perfect Energy, then we should never become weary at all.  And when we have an enthusiastic and glad outlook on life we seldom do become weary. I EXPERIENCE THE WHOLENESS OF GOD  

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.  But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

I Corinthians 13: 9 – 10

How true it is that we do see as through a glass, darkly, or only in part.  But to all of us there come fleeting moments when our inward vision is opened and we seem to look out upon a newer and broader horizon.  The Apostle tells us that when that which is perfect shall come, then that which is in part shall be done away. I ENJOY THE COMPANIONSHIP OF GOD 

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever.

John 14;16

Communion with the Spirit is one of the greatest privileges of life.  By communion with God we do not mean telling the Infinite what to do or how to do it, for that is talking at God rather than communing with Him. By communion we mean silently entering into Divine harmony and beauty until we feel that harmony and beauty in our own souls, in our own minds.
